• 30% of the payment is required when booking.The final payment must be done preceding 14 days before your arrival day.
• When a reservation is made less then 15 days before your stay the payment must be done completely.
• When the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation by email.
• A security deposit of $ 1,500 will be required with the final payment of your reservation.

If the ban on rental or inter-regional travel extends beyond the dates of your stay:

Option 1:

Postpone your stay:

-The deposit already paid will serve as a credit for your future reservation. You can choose your dates at a time that suits you. Note that the pricing in effect for the selected period will be applied. It is therefore possible that you will have to pay an additional sum if you choose a stay with a higher rate.

Option 2:

Since the situation is constantly changing, here are the rules established to obtain a refund of your deposit paid for your reservation affected by the restrictions related to Covid-19:

You will have up to 21 days before your arrival to request a refund of your deposit :

– If your stay is in more than 21 days and restrictions issued by the Government of Quebec affecting your stay are in progress, we will refund your deposit at your request.

– If your reservation is in less than 21 days and restrictions issued by the Government were known 21 days before your arrival, we keep your deposit.

– If your reservation is in less than 21 days and new restrictions issued by the Government were not known 21 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit.

• The tenant is responsible for the damages of any kind, in or outside the house during the renting period, except the materiel damages resulting of manufacturing defect, inadequate maintenance, natural and technological disasters, or damages normally covered by the insurance policy of the owner.
• Under no circumstances shall the owner be held liable for any damages caused by the tenant. The tenant take the responsibility at the end of the lease , to leave the house exactly the same way it was when he arrived. Also, the tenant is responsible for if anything in the house is broken by him or other person with him and will see putting back an invoice for the damages done to the house.(except normal use),and for any costs incurred as a result of damage to the property.
• Immeubles Oscar will not be held liable for malfunctions, inconvenience or other loss of enjoyment of the premises if construction or other work occurring on adjacent land during the stay of the tenant
• If customers have one or more electric cars a charge of $ 50.00 / car plus management fee will be charged for each car to be recharged on our property.
• The parties agree that the courts of the judicial district of Charlevoix shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute relating to the execution and / or arising from this contract

• Any cancellation must be done by writing to the owner at least 30 days before your stay. The 30% deposit will be kept by the owner as an interest for the lost.
• For a cancellation less then 30 days before your stay, every deposit or fully payment will be kept by the owner as an interest for the lost, unless it’s legal damages , your deposit will be returned to you.

• No pets allowed.
• This house is a non-smoking place.
• Please use the spaces suit has the exterieur and be kind to put your megots in places intend for that.
• The tenant has to inform the owner if anything is broken during his stay. If one of these rules are not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to cancel your stay and ask you to leave immediately.
• Throughout the duration of the lease the number of persons on the premises shall not exceed the number of people listed in the contract.

• The house must only be used has purposes of villegiature.
• The tenant cannot ceder his rights by virtue of the contract, nor sublet the house.
• If the tenant does not leave the house on time on depature day(as written in contract) additional fees will be charged.
• Beddings and towels supplied.
• Cable, Apple TV and internet are included.
• BBQ.
• Long distance call to outside of Quebec are not included.
• During winter time the parking places will be cleared of snow.
• By completing the form RESERVATION customer agrees to all terms of bookings recorded in the website.
